Bruce Berkman, Managing Director, previously started four successful companies in Asia. He founded and serves as the CEO and Managing Director of Pacific GeoPRO, a company with unique expertise identifying and valuing retail sites across Asian markets. Clients include the largest global specialty retailers, retail banks, and large-format retail brands operating in Asia. Pacific GeoPRO is the only regional provider of such services in Asia, and has unrivaled data and modeling competencies, respected as a global best practice provider by McKinsey. Mr. Berkman’s reputation and deep relationship pool was built during a distinguished career of over 20 years in the region.

Corbett Wall, Director, most recently was a Principal at Home Abroad, a residential investment fund, with responsibility for overall corporate strategy. As a result of the initiatives under Mr. Wall’s leadership, Home Abroad grew into the largest expatriate housing provider in Beijing. Prior to Home Abroad, Mr. Wall has a distinguished reputation in both media and telecom industries founding several successful companies and marking many “firsts” over his 20-years as an executive in the region. He has extensive experience in real estate, marketing, branding, operations, and finance.

The Directors also have a broad range of retailer executive relationships to utilize when building models and seeking tenants for developed sites/facilities.
