Jade Dragon Development (JDD) was founded in 2006 as part of the Pacific-GeoPRO Group of companies - which includes data consulting for retailers (GeoPRO), analytic tools for management (Getchee), and property investment solutions (JDD).

We work closely with our partners to identify and acquire large format retail sites within the top 1% of potential within a given market. With our proprietary screening processes, the risk of acquiring a sub-prime site is virtually eliminated.

Two fully dedicated professionals direct JDD, each with significant experience in the real estate, retail, and financial service industry in Greater China and other Asia-Pacific countries. Bruce Berkman and Corbett Wall oversee JDD’s day-to-day operations. Their combined experience in the industry within Asia spans more than 30 years and covers a broad range of experiences and contacts.
